HAVATA · havata.com · Last updated: July 2026
HAVATA builds emergency medical capability for governments, organisations and private clients. Discretion is fundamental to how we work, and that extends to how we handle your information. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you contact us through the website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organisation (where relevant), which audience you represent (a government, an organisation, or a private client), and your message.
When you book a meeting with us, we collect your name, email address, and the meeting time you select.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may process basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the site securely and reliably. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to work with you. Specifically, to reply to your message, to prepare for and hold meetings you book, and to maintain a record of our correspondence as a working relationship develops.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly asked to hear from us.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries and bookings are stored in HubSpot, our client management system, hosted in the European Union. Our website is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection commitments; they do not use your information for their own purposes.
Enquiries are seen only by HAVATA’s leadership team.
Confidentiality
All enquiries are handled in strict confidence. We understand that for many of the people we work with — public officials, organisational leaders, and private individuals — the fact of an enquiry is itself sensitive. We never disclose who has contacted us.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and correspondence records for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential working relationship. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are legally required to retain it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us at privacy@havata.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the timelines required by applicable law (including the GDPR, where it applies).
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
